Sounds of iO Release their Self-titled Debut Long Player on Moment Recordings. The Album takes a trip through Ambient, breaks to jazz and is available from the 5th November.

This 13 track album expands on the sounds introduced by their first two releases ‘Three Six Nine’ and ‘Circles’.

‘Sounds of iO’ is a journey from start to finish, conceived as continuous experience you are taken through various soundscapes which all take a nod and pay homage to the duo’s various sonic influences.

One of the highlights of the album is the beautiful voice of Bri Macanas, formerly of Black Palms. Her voice expands two of the key tracks on the album, ‘Everytime’ and ‘The Rules Have Changed’.

It’s definitely not an album to just skip through the tracks, but one to sit back, knock up a biffter, chill out and see where the Sounds of iO take you.
